Tim Sieloff - Baking Training Services Coordinator, AIB

Tim Sieloff is a Baking Training Services and Baking Instructor-Consultant at AIB. His education includes the AIB Baking Science and Technology Resident Course. Before joining AIB he had more than 30 years experience in both wholesale and retail baking operations. He is the instructor of the 16-week Residence Course and Short Course Programs. He also designs and performs in-house and on-site training programs for various companies. He also does extensive consulting work with companies and organizations in the U.S. and internationally. His areas of expertise at AIB include breads (hearth and pan), rolls (soft and hard), cakes, sweet goods, tortillas and freezing in the areas of product improvement, process improvement, product troubleshooting and product development.
