Exhibitors are required to keep at least one attendant in their booth during all show hours, subject to removal of their exhibit from the show at their own company’s expense.
How many people are expected to attend IBIE?
IBIE 2016 projected attendance is 20,000 baking professionals.
Who attends IBIE?
Attendees represent the entire industry including small, medium and large wholesale bakery plants, retail bakeries and outlets, in-house supermarkets, catering companies, restaurants/hotels, artisan bakers, coffee shops, pizza restaurants/chains and more. The show is not open to the public and all attendees must be in the baking industry to attend.
Am I eligible to exhibit?
IBIE is an exhibition exclusively devoted to the equipment, ingredients, products and services utilized across the grain-based food industry. Only companies with a direct tie-in with this industry will be permitted to exhibit. Receipt of the space application and payment through our bank lock-box does not constitute acceptance of the application. Companies must enter their company description and web site on the official application if they have not previously exhibited in an IBIE show. In order to obtain any meeting space, marketing opportunities, hotel suites, etc., a company must first be an exhibitor.
Can I take pictures at the trade show?
Cameras are strictly prohibited on the show floor, except for by authorized members of the media.
What IBIE educational seminar programs are available and how much do they cost?
IBIE’s focused coursework includes more than 50 content-rich sessions and covers a range of relevant categories: baking technology, food safety and security, business management, cake and cookie decorating, artisan bread making, healthy baking and more. Exhibitor badges do not allow access to education sessions. Exhibitors can register for IBIE education sessions during the registration process. The full the IBIE 2016 education agenda will be available in 2015.
Are there meeting rooms I can reserve while onsite?
If an exhibitor would like to reserve a meeting room for a private meeting, they should fill out the Meeting Space Request Form found here. The completed form should be returned to Matt Grogg via fax at or email at . Meeting space will not be assigned during show hours.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
What badges do I get as an exhibitor? Who can use the badges?
Accredited exhibitor representatives will receive non-transferable exhibitor badges. These badges allow booth staff, techs, and bakers on to the show floor at 7:00 AM on show days.
Each exhibitor will receive four (4) badges per company for booths up to 200 square feet. For booths larger than 200 square feet, the additional badge allotment policy is two (2) badges per each additional 100 square feet. Total badge allotment may not exceed forty (40) badges.
All booth attendants must be bona fide employees or dealers and representatives of the exhibiting firm and will be required to produce identification when registering on-site. Spouse badges are included as part of the exhibitor’s allotment. Any exhibitor badges over and above the free badge allotment will be issued at a cost of $75.00 each.
We encourage exhibitors to invite their customers; however, as a show policy, IBIE does not offer complimentary badges nor do we provide a platform to facilitate the purchase of badges on behalf of customers. Customers or prospective customers should be directed to online registration or the hardcopy registration form when available. Exhibitors are encouraged to forward show information to customers utilizing the free tools in the “Partner in Promotion” program (Coming Soon).

How do I book a hotel room?
Special hotel rates and travel discounts are available exclusively for IBIE 2016 participants through onPeak, the official housing provider for IBIE 2016.

Who is IBIE 2016’s official housing provider? onPeak is the only official housing provider for IBIE 2016. IBIE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any other company or representative. Hotel reservations made through any company other than onPeak are at the exclusive risk of the individual and cannot be guaranteed by IBIE.
BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED HOUSING SOLICITATIONS
onPeak is the only official housing provider for IBIE 2016. If you are contracted about booking rooms by a company other than onPeak please contact us immediately. Unauthorized housing providers for the IBIE 2016 show include (but are not limited to): BookMyRooms
onPeak will work closely with IBIE to prevent unauthorized solicitations of IBIE Exhibitors and Attendees and will pursue these rogue companies to prevent future contact.
