Industry experience: More than 35 years of diversified operations and manufacturing management, distribution, engineering , and sanitation management in baked and frozen goods. Extensive experience with long and short range planning, profitability of operations, staffing, development and quality assurance of baking products, occupational safety, and food safety. Ten years teaching and consulting on baking science and technology for AIB. Baking instructor for the Baking Science and Technology course in bread and roll production, and cake and sweet good production.
Expertise: Baking instructor and consultant for bread, rolls, cakes, and sweet goods in product development, process improvement, and product troubleshooting.
