Robert (“Bob”) Deedy - Project Development Manager, Lallemand Baking Solutions

Bob Deedy has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College. Early in his career he held engineering and commercial positions with shipbuilding and water treatment firms. He has been involved in the baking industry since 1982 with positions as yeast plant manager and cream yeast engineering manager. He is currently project development manager for Lallemand Baking Solutions, where he is responsible for the global introduction of the Essential Fresh natural anti-mold yeast spray technology. Deedy and his wife divide their time between homes in Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore where they enjoy boating and fishing.
