Liesbet Vandepoel - Product Manager Improvers and Bakery Mixes, Puratos USA

With a career spanning both B2C and B2B marketing experience, Liesbet has gained a broad view of consumer understanding and insights. After gaining a degree in Pedagogical Science at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and a Master in General Management at the Vlerick Management School Gent (Belgium), she started her marketing career at Kraft Foods Belgium.  Liesbet then transitioned to Puratos Group, a worldwide leader in manufacturing ingredients and solutions for the baking industry. In 2010, she joined the Puratos USA team with a specific focus on texture solutions for Puratos bakery division. As a member of this team Liesbet is tasked with helping customers answer the question – “What’s your texture?”.
