Kirk O’Donnell - Vice President of Education, AIB

Kirk O’Donnell, Ed.D.is the Vice President of Education at AIB.
His education includes B.S. Bakery Science and Management and Milling Science and Management; Kansas State University; 1980; M.B.A. 1985; Ed. D.; Kansas State University; 1999
Before joining the staff of AIB in 1991, he had 11 years in progressively more responsible management positions for a leading grocery company, culminating in four years as a plant manager of a production facility. At AIB he spent six years as AIB’s Director of Bread and Roll Production prior to becoming AIB’s Vice President-Education.
He is a member of the American Society of Baking, American Management Association and American Society for Training and Development.
