Gary Edwards - President, American Yeast Division, Lallemand Baking Solutions

Gary Edwards has a BSGM degree (1979) from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He grew up on a dairy farm and following college he worked in the Livestock Division of Continental Grain. In 1982 he began working in the yeast industry as a financial analyst, progressing into general management, and has continued in the field to this day. Edwards remains active in the baking industry and is the Past President of the ATBI (Allied Trades of the Baking Industry).
