Dilek Uzunalioglu is a food engineer with over 5 years experience in ingredient development, processing and scale-up, and product development and formulation for bakery and snack area. In her current role, Dilek leads the Bakery and Snack Applications team supporting key applied research, new product development and customer support projects. Dilek is a Food Engineer and has a Ph.D. degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, NJ, USA. She has several journals, conference papers and two book chapters.
