Dennis Loalbo - Technical Advisor, B&CMA

Dennis Loalbo began his career in his hometown’s retail bakery in 1965. He graduated from AIB’s 20-week Technical Baking Course in 1966, and earned Management Science credits from both Rutgers and Darden University. In 1968, Mr. Loalbo began working with Sunshine Biscuits, LLC, where he worked for two years in R&D and eight years in production. In 1978, he went to work in production for Thomas’ English Muffins. He joined Burry Biscuits in 1980, which became Interbake Foods LLC. Mr. Loalbo worked in R&D with Interbake Foods for the next 30 years, and has since retired.
In 2010, Mr. Loalbo became the Technical Advisor for the B&CMA.
