David Sheluga, PhD - Director of Commercial Insights, ConAgra Mills

Dave Sheluga is Commercial Insights Director for ConAgra Mills, a division of ConAgra Foods, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska. He holds an MS and a PhD in Consumer Psychology from Purdue University. Recently, he has been studying macro trends affecting flour and bread. His focus has been on identifying factors driving consumption down and identifying opportunities for increasing whole grain food consumption.
Dave has spoken on the “Whole-graining of America” at the Grains for Health Conference in Minneapolis, May 2012, and the Whole Grains on Every Plate Conference, sponsored by the Whole Grains Council in San Antonio in October 2012.
