Bryan Gordon - Baking Instructor, AIB

Bryan Gordon (CBT) has been a Baking Instructor at AIB since September 2011.
His education includes the AIB Baking Science and Technology Resident Course and an Associate of Arts, Parkland College (1985). Bryan has had over 15 years experience as a Production Supervisor for major wholesale and retail bread, bun and roll operations. He also has four years experience as Production Manager for two nationwide bakeries. He has AIB, BRC and SQF Certifications. He instructs the 16-week AIB Baking and Science Technology resident course and various other seminars.
His areas of expertise include hard and soft rolls, pan breads, continuous mix systems, research and development as well as training for job-specific individualized lines, supervisory and management positions and job safety analysis.
