Brook Carson - Director of R&D, ADM Milling

Brook is currently the Director of R&D for ADM Milling. In her current role she is responsible for bringing new innovation and opportunities to ADM Milling, and managing the technical aspects the ADM Milling specialty ingredient portfolio. Brook began at ADM in 2005 in the Protein research group, working with wheat protein isolates and moved to the Milling division in Overland Park in 2006. Brook has a bachelor’s degree in bakery science and master’s degree in food science, both from Kansas State University.
